INDIAN DECISION A THREE-YEARS’ TRIAL (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Nov. 29, 11 a.m.) CALCUTTA, Nov. 28. A throe-years’ trial of the Ottawa tariffs agreement was derided upon by the committee of the Legislative Assembly, whicli had the bill under consideration. The committee suggests the appointment- of 15 members of the Assembly to examine the working of the Ottawa pact and submit a report annually.
