SIR 0. NIEMEYER ENGAGED ECONOMIES AND FINANCE , BUENOS AIRES', Nov. 26. The Finance Minister announced that Sir Otto Xiemcyer has contracted to advise Argentina on economies and finance.
Sir Otto will come to Buenos Aires to study financial and economic conditions and make .suggestions regarding Government measures, especially regarding exchange, banking control, and currency. Sir Otto Niemeyer’s engagement follows the resignation of five members of the domestic honorary advisory board, Whose advice the Finance Minister rejected, namely, a moratorium for foreign and internal debts and the emission of additional paper currency
