THE IRISH REPUBLIC FIRST-HAND INVESTIGATION (Elec. Tel. Copyright —United Press Assn.) (Received October 24, noon) LONDON, Oct. 23. The. Sunday Pictorial’s Dublin correspondent says the Government has despatched a special representative to Aladiid to study at first hand the methods employed by the Republicans in founding the Socialist republic. It is stated in Dublin that when an Irish republic is created, lands granted to peers and others by the British Government in bygone years will be confiscated in a similar manner to tlie lands granted to Spanish grandees.
