SAFETY QUESTIONED
WESTMINSTER ABBEY (Received October 24, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 23. The Rev. Foxley Norris, Dean of Westminster, expresses fears for the safety of Westminster Abbey, as he bad felt vibrations in the Henry VII chapel, which were unknown a few years ago. Traffic in the neighborhood lias enormously increased, and be would be apprehensive if more huge buildings were constructed near tho Abbey.
