TIPTON (Iowa), Sept. 24. The National Guard, hero to enforce the State bovine tuberculosis test law, began moving from camp to-uay in trucks. Tlie khaki-dad youths called hero to place the county under martial law because of organised resistance to the test on the part of revolting farmers, cheered and shouted as the trucks rumbled from the fair grounds camp through tho town.
