MURDER 'IN CEMENT
NEW YORK, Sept. !. Gangland’s newest mode of murder is to force a victim into a barrel of freshly mixed cement, allow it to harden and dump the entrapped victim into the water. Newark police revealed this development to-day in Hie investigation of two gang murders. They' said this type of death was forced upon one of I lie killers of Dominie (“the Ape”) Pncelli, who was slain in a hospital in Newark 10 months ago.
