EMPIRE BROADCASTING MONEY IS OBSTACLE LONDON, Oct. 14. Tho British Cloverwnent is ready to inaugurate a daily Empire broadcasting service, on the lines discussed l at the Imperial Conference, as soon as funds are available. At present there is little hope of the Dominions contributing towards the scheme, and the initial expenditure is beyond the means of Britain, but the question will bo reopened, probably after tho election.
