NEGOTIATIONS PROCEEDING (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Replying to Mr. A. J. Stallworthy in the House to-day, the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes said the Government was still doing its best to arrange a reciprocal agreement with Canada, and communications were proceeding.
