EXTREMISTS SURPRISED
NEW ORDER IN IRELAND BANNED ORGANISATION LONDON, October 21. All Ireland is discussing the banning of the 12 associations, the names of some of which surprised the public, as they had been working so secretly that their existence was little known. The Civic Guards are now reinforced by a plain-clothes living squad, who are in readiness for emergencies.
