Edgar Swain (tenor) will also he heard in -solos and duets. |wo humorous items yvill be given by Mr. Ben Ashton, and the oi’cliestrina and Airs. 'Mildred Kenny’s guitar trio will entertain with light popular airs. 3YA’s programme will bo of a miscellaneous' nature, contributed by the Valencia Quartet (Aliss Lucy Filllwood, Aliss Jean Johnson, Air. T. CL Rogers, and Mr. E. J. Johnson), Aliss Alaisie Ottoy (piano novelty artist), and the studio octet. 4YA: There will be piano-accordcpn solos, cornet solos, and dulcitone numbers on the instrumental side, and tenor, contralto, and bass-baritone soloists on the vocal side, supported by the humorist, Air. Janies Paterson. Of interest should be the presentation of dulcitone solos by Air. Tlios. J. Kirk-Burnnancl, who will play “Bolls of St. Mary’s," "The First Noel,” and “Minuet” (by Paderewski), “Oh l')em Golden Slippers,” “Steal Away,” “Qh, [Susanna,” and “Aloha Oe.” Advice has been received in Auckland that station RFC _ Los Angeles, will broadcast a, Special message of greeting' to New Zealand listeners between about 7.30 p.m. and 8 p.m. (New Zealand time) on Saturday. Station K.FI, which operates on 463 metres (just above 4YA, Dunedin) with a power of 50 kw, eaii usually bo heard with good loud-speaker volume on mod-erate-sized sets.
