So far as is known at present there are only three matters for tho attention of Air. Justice Frazer at the sitting of tho Arbitration Court which opens in Gisborne at 10 a.in. on Tuesday, the list consisting of two claims under the Workers’ Compensation Act, and an application by the Gisborne Drivers’ Industrial Union of Workers for exemption from the general court order in reference to the 10 per cent, “cut.”
