BRISBANE, March Kb The Premier, Mr. Moore, said to-dnv that tlu* Mungana ease was out of the hands of the Government, and was now a matter for the Court. The statement of claim had been tiled, and as soon ns legal formlitios by Mr. Theodore and -others had been complied with, and they had put in their replies, the ease would go on. There was no intention of the Government not going on with the ease.
