SUBSCRIBERS’ APPEAL LONDON, March 20. In (ho House of Commons, Mr. P. W. l’cthick-Lawrcnce said that, in view of the proposed legislation to compensate the French, tho original subscribers to the war loans had made representation seeking similar treatment lor British holders.
