EXCITABLE BELGIAN
SCENE AT BOARD MEETING BRUSSELS, January 21. A dramatic scene was witnessed at a hoard meeting of the Floroffo Co., which deals with industrial chemical products. During an angry discussion over an appointment to replace him M. l.ouby, in a tit of wrath, smashed an armchair, and then drew a revolver and fired, wounding his successor, killing another man, and then seriously injuring himself.
