MONEY TO EE ABOLISHED ? LONDON, Nov. 3. The Soviet official newspaper Izvestia publishes a, statement by M. Grinko, the New Finance Commissar, that since there, is no hope of the Soviet obtaining foreign loans and credits, the Bolshevists must think out their own linaucial palliatives, .states the Riga, correspondent of the Daily Mail.
One report says that M. Ginko is preparing to abolish money completely and to put in its place a new system ol card currency.
