RIVAL TAXI FIRMS (Per Pross AflKochitlon.) CHIUSTCIII'KCII, this day. Rival taxi tinns ttei'e at law to-day, when C. S. Trilio, proprietor of Gold Bank Taxis, sought an injunction restraining William Rick, of Gold Grown Taxis, from using tho title “Gold Crown Taxis.” It was claimed that the use of this title was detrimental to the plaintiff's business. Decision was reserved lay Mr. Justice Adams.
