Banks in Canada have already put into effect, to a considerable extent, suggestions made by the Premier, Mr. .Joint Bracken, for relief of farmers op pressed by adverse conditions now existing) in the grain market. This is the statement- of Mr. Bracken, made on Tuesday night, after representatives of the banks and of the Manitoba Government conferred at the Legislative Building.
