TO CROSS TASMAN
AUSTRALIAN YACHT (Received Nov. 5, 10 a.in.) MELBOURNE, Nov. 3. Mr. F. W. Bennell, owner of the yacht Oimara, has received a cable-, gram from New Zealand intimating that the yachts Yvonne and Thelma have been declared by the Canterbury Yachting Association to be unsuitable for the Tasman Sea race, which is being postponed pending the building of approved yachts. Mr. Bennell states that ho probably will sail his yacht to New Zealand at the end of the year.
