REVIEW OF DEAR'S WORK The Mangapapa School Committee's report on the work of the school during the past year mentions that a number of changes have taken place in the stall. "The average attendance for tlie year," adds the report, "showed a considerable increase over that of the previous vear, and averaged 525.7. A fancy dress ball for children was held in the Garrison Hall, and resulted in a net profit of £4l. The committee wishes to thank the ladies and teachers for their l hard work.
