TRAINS IN COLLISION
TASMANIAN MISHAP ONLY ONE MAN INJURED (Eluc. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received April 16, 11 a.m.) HOBART, April 16. A head-on collision between goods and passenger trains occurred between Wyena. and Goloonda. Only one man was injured. Both trains were severely damaged. No explanation is available as to how the two trains were allowed to meet on a single line. Tlio respective crews saw that the crash was inevitable, and jumped clear.
