BUILDING IN WELLINGTON (Per I’ross Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Building permits for the year show the value, £2,033,137, to be the highest on record. For the last live years the value has slightly exceeded, or nearly approached £2,000,000. The city itself is responsible for £895,544, and the suburbs for the rest. All show an increase except Miramar and Wadestowu.
