FIRE IN BLENHEIM
BILLIARD SALOON DESTROYED (Per Press Association.) BLENHEIM, this day. A large billiard saloon and hairdresser’s and tobacconist’s shop in Market street were gutted by lire at about midnight last night. Nothing was saved. The ■’contents of the saloon, o.ccupied hy,,Mr. E. Prindle. were covered by a policy of £I2OO in the Phoenix office, the stock and fittings of the hairdresser’s and tobacconist’s shop, occupied by Mr. Noel Pricklle, insured tor £<loo in the Royal Exchange; and the building, owned by Mr. ,1. Adams, was covered by an £BC3 policy in the Fanners’ office. The origin of the outbreak is unknown
