INJUNCTION GRANTED
SPEEDWAYS NUISANCE trer Press Association. I DUNEDIN, this day. An application for injunction restraining th.o Dunedin Speedways, Ltd., from carrying on ujion its ground the noise of motor cycles and broadsiding on the ground that they created a nuisance was heard yesterday and this morning by Mr Justice Kennedy. After only a partial hearing it was announced that the defendants had consented to an injunction, the proviso agreed to being that broadsiding should he permitted once a week each Saturday from November 1 to March 51.
