STUFFED KIDNEYS
Ingro dien t s.— -lx iiiney s, 1 iublospoon minced parboiled onion, I tablespoon minced parsley, I tablespoon breadcrumbs, I tablespoon, butter, pepper and salt;, juice of half a lemon. Instructions, —Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley and partly cooked onion together. iLont nearly all -the- butter in a small saucepan. Add the mixture and lemon juice, season, stir well and keep hoi. Split: the kidneys nearly through, dip them in melted butter. Butter the grid ami grill the kidneys for about eight minutes. Put some of the .stuffing in each kidney, pour over any gravy fallen into the grill pan and serve at once.
