Arrangements are being made to secure a psychologist from the Department of Education to add to the stuff. „ Negotiations for permanent offices to serve as headquarters for a clinic are in progress. Any person may then refer to the clinic for advice about any child whose behavioi; presents difficulty, apart from whether or not the child shows signs of mental deficiency. The essential aim of the work of the clinic is preventive, and it is hoped by its means to prevent delinquency by dealing with root causes of trouble.
