An address book, lost in Milan in Milan in 1924, has just reached its Christchurch owner, Aliss Alary Duncan, of Hills road, Hillsborough. It was the most highly prized article in a handbag which Miss Duncan lost in the train while travelling! from Alilan to Venice. The letter accompanying the book boro a slip from His Majesty’s ConsulGeneral at Alilan, dated February 14, 1930. stating that the book was lying with other papers to be destroyed.
