SENTENCE ON PODMORE (Received April 14, 2 p.m.) LONDON", April 13. The Daily Herald announces thai Mr. .1. R. dynes' intention to consult the Chief Justice in ' reference to a possible reprieve of Rodmore, who was found guilty and sentenced to death for the murder of Vivian Mcssitcr. Editorially, tile paper claims that there is a complete case for a reprieve, or retrial, especially in view of the Law Journal's comments.
