DECISION REVERSED
MINERS WILL NOT RESUME VOLUNTEERS TO BE CALLED FOR (Received April 14, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 14. Though the Paxton miners voted at the recent aggregate meetings to return to work on the November compromise terms, they have now decided to .stand by the majority verdict a"d remain idle. The owners are expected to call for volunteer labor after the Easter holidavs.
