MAN SENT TO GAOL (Vnr Press Association.) PALMHRSTON X., this day Albert Reginald Hulena. who admitted the theft of a hicyole from behind a picture theatre, foul denied the theft of a second bicycle, saying lie was under the impression that he ibde'' his own cycle to town, and left it in an alleyway where later lie could not find it, so he took another bicycle, was sentenced to one months imprisonment on each charge, the sentences 'to' be concurrent The magistrate said that on the second charge he convicted the accused under section 32 of the Police Offences Act.
