EMPIRE COMMISSION
CANADIAN SUGGESTION TORONTO, April 11. The appointment of a commission of business men of various units of the Empire to inquire into Empire resources, markets and factors entering Empire trade and to bo maintained as a Permanent Economic Council of the Empire, is recommended by the Empire Trade Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. The proposal will bo presented to the Federated Chambers of Commerce in London in May.
