MINERS’ SUPPORT OWNERS’ PLAN REJECTED (British Official Wireless.) Bee. 10 a.rn. , RUGBY, April 11. I’lie miners’ executive unanimously rejected the coal owners’ proposal lor a spread over of hours on a weekly or fortnightly basis, instead of a rigid 71,hour day, as provided by the Government’s Coal Mines Bill. They decided to demand that the Coal Bill in its present form should become Jaw.
