LAST MONTH’S RETURNS ANOTHER DECREASE (Received April 12, 11 a.ni.) LONDON, April 11. Th« Board of Trade returns for March show imports decreased by £o,i;>3,oUU, exports by £4,077,000, and re-exports by £2,326,000. The principal decreases were: In imports, grain, and flour, £761,000; food and drink, non-dutiable, £2,307,000; dutiable, £723,000; raw cotton, £3,011,000; oil and seeds, £1,045,000. In exports, raw wool, £419,000; cotton yarns and manufactures, £2,580,000; woollen yarns and manufactures, £898.000.
Increases wore: In imports, meat, £1,668,000; wool and timber, £464,000; iron and steel manufactures, £615,000.
