DROWNING FATALITY
MAN’S BODY FOUND (Por Press Association.) DARUAVILLE, this day. The body of a man believed to he Rodney Bernard Shannon, 55, a married man with three children, a storekeeper at Te Kopuru, who has been missing Ibr a fortnight, was found in the river last night. Shannon went to Auckland on business, telegraphed bis wife that he was returning, but failed to do so. It is learned that he was seen to join the boat at Hclensvillc oil the return journey, but being practically a stranger in the district was not known very well. Shannon came to Te Kopuru from Whakatane.
