0 MEETING OF EXECUTIVE At a meeting of tire executive of the Poverty Bay Kennel Club, held last evening, gratification was expressed at tlie success of the rib km parade held on ‘Saturday last. The thanks of the club were conveyed to .Mr. A. Stapp for the use of his grounds for the parade, and to the officers who carried out the arrangements. Mr. B 11. Aislable, who presided, commented with satisfaction on the unexpectedly strong support extended by dog-breeders and owners on the occasion of the initial function promoted independently by the club. The secretary. Mr hi. W. McKenzie, reported that some results of the cocker ftVtniel classes had been overlooked, being as under : JKOpen class: T. M. Association, so that the club could place its views before that body with reference to the classifications and conditions of showing at- the annual A. and P. Show in October. On the motion of the chairman, it was decided to cask the association to arrarge for representation of the Kennel Club on its executive.
