The »Spoouer's Range railway tunnelmouth has been cleared of slips, and train services were resumed. At Harakeke, Lower .Moutere, 8.65 in. of rain wore recorded on Wednesday morning up to 9 o'clock. .The greatest portion fell between 2 and 4 o'clock. ,
