VICE-REGAL TOUR
WELCOME IN DTJNEDIN (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The Governor-General and Lady Bledisloe arrived at Duncdin yesterday afternoon, and were accorded a civic reception in the evening, when a concert was held in the chamber of the Town Hall, which was packed. The Mayor, Mr. R. S. Black, read an address of welcome, and His Excellency, in reply, assured his audience that he and Lady Bledisloe would do all that lay in their power to understand the desires and needs of tho people. The reception accorded the visitors was uf the heartiest possible nature.
