COMPANY WOUND UP
LIQUIDATION RESOLUTION Tlio Associated Investment Underwriters (N.Z.), a limited company formed in March of last year, with its headquarters in Auckland and branches in all the principal towns of the Dominion, from Hamilton to Dunedin, has decided to go into liquidation. The purpose of the company was to underwrite issues of shares and debentures of companies. At a meeting of the company in Audi land on Monday a resolution was passed aflirruimr that it bad been proved to the satisfaction of shareholders that the company could not. by reason of its lia hilities, continue its business, that it was advisable to wind in* voluntarily, and that this course lie taken. The authorised capital of the company is 125,000, divided into 10.000 ordinary shares of* 111 each, and 15.000 preference shares o$ x 3l.
