MAN GAOLED FOR FRAUD (Per Press Association.) HAMILTON, this day. Two years’ imprisonment with hard labor was imposed on Frederick Rusting, 3(i, when he appeared in the Hamilton Supreme Court on a charge of issuing a valueless cheque for £7. It was stated that the accused had a long list of previous convictions. Mr. Justice Smith remarked that the accused had been living a life of crime since 11*24. As far hack as 11)17 there were convictions against him. If he was again convicted he would he declared an habitual criminal.
