The Arbitration Court is bearing a. claim made for £IOOO by Lilian Evaline Grange, of Feilding. against Richard, I'linn and John Xeilson, 'contractors and builders of Feilding. It is claimed by tho plaintiff that while proceeding oil a motor cycle to tho defendants' workshop, in accordance with their orders, her husband was struck by a. train engine and fatally injured, and, that the accident, arose in the i o'uvxe of his employment. The .defendants contend that the accident did not happen in- the. course of employment.
