OBITUARY
MB. S. S. MYERS (Per Press Association.) . . DUNEDIN, this day. The death occurred last night of Mr 8. S. Myers, the well-known dentist, aged 77 years. The death occurred suddenly at Auckland recently of -Mrs Catherine .Jones, aged 79, widow of the late Mr. John Ormsby Jones. Mr. and Mrs. Jones were married in Auckland about 50 years ago and then left for Christchurch. For several years Mr. Jones was manager of the Union Bank of Australia at Ilangiora. fie retired about 15 years ago and he and Mrs. Jones lived quietly in Auckland. Mr. Jones died about four years ago. There are two sons, Mr. A. C. Jones of Wairoa, Hawke's Bay, and Mr.'O.'L. Jones, of Auckland, and three daughters, Mrs. R. Hennelly and Mrs. A. P. Mathus, both of Auckland, and Mrs. J. O'Jlalloran, of North Canterbury. ___
