The complete re-numbering of business and rcsidentrd properties has been decided upon by the Auckland City Conned. The growing membership and increasing importance of the New Zealand Bible Training Institute were, favorably commented upon by the chairman, Mr. It. L. Stewart', al the annual meeting of ihe institute in Auckland last week. Of the graduates of I he college !'.() percent. had been placed in mission services. A successful innovation had been the establishment of evening classes, for which there was a total roll number of 120. The annual report.showed that the total number of students enrolled during tbo present session was 57 resident and four non-resident, of whom 29 were women. The Kev. Evan 11. Harries, fn congratulating the institute upon'its record for the year, stated that, from the. support, accorded the movement, it was evident that it filled a gap in the public needs of Auckland.
