It has informed the board that it will not remodel its constitution at the behest of any body other than a majority of its affiliated organisations: that New South Wales proposes to recognise in the Brisbane League an unaflilialed bodv outside its own territory, an action which should he reported to the English League; and that it will proceed to assemble players under its jurisdiction in view of the representative matches this season.
