POVERTY BAY TITLES In order to enable the Poverty Bay amateur athletic track championships to be, completed Ibis week, two events, the live-mile cycle and three-mile Hat, were held at the reserve on Saturday afternoon. 11. I!. Fisken, poverty Bay and Hawke’s Bay champion middle-distance runner, won the three-mile race by a comfortable margin, while Thornloy Campbell defeated P.
