THE "RED" MENACE
ACTIVITY IN AMERICA DIRECTED FROM MOSCOW (Received April 5, 10 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 4. Police Commissioner VVhalen, addressing the Chamber of Commerce, said the police have documents to prove that Moscow is directing Communist activities here, including plans for a nationwide demonstration on May 1. He promised to make the documents public within a short time and warned the public; of the seriousness of the Red menace. .
