Li accordance with the Communists' policy of substituting State for private' enterprise, the Health Oommissariat has announced it plan for the closing of private hospitals. Doctors and dentists believe that the Commissariat's policy will ultimately lead to a cessation of private practice, says the Moscow correspondent of the Manchester Guardian.
