PRINCE TO StiXi^^THORNS

The Prince of Wales has for many years maintained a herd of Scottish Shorthorns at Stoke Climsland, in the Duchyof Cornwall, later he established a 'similar herd at Lenton, near Nottingham, in an area famous a century ago as one of the earliest homes of the English Shorthorn. The > Prince has decided to keep only one herd in future, find the entire Stoke Climsland herd will be sold on July 7, the day before the opening of the Royal Agricultural Show at Manchester. The herd comprises 60 of the premier Scottish families, and its show record stamps it as one of the finest in the kingdom.
