‘INDEPENDENCE’ IN ACTION PEOPLE LEAVING DACCA (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press As3n.) (Received February 1, 11 a.m.) DELHI, Jail. 31. During tlie past week Dacca lias seen independence in aid ion. There is a reign of terror and schools, colleges and shops have been shut, 'lhe streets are deserted and people are leaving the town. There have been many stabbings and assaults. The trouble originated with a Hindu procession on Independence Day, which insisted in playing music, near a mosque.
