CANADIANS AT WHANGAREI \ (Per Press Association.) WHANGAREI, last night.;. The Canadian bowlers arrived at Whangarei this afternoon and were given a civic welcome. This evening they play friendly games against the Whangarei Bowling Club. To-morrow morning they will be taken to Whangaruru, where the old-time Maori customs will be re-enacted. In the afternoon they play in a tournament at Wliangarei. SOUTH AUCKLAND TOURNEY (Per Press Association.) HAMILTON, last night. At the South Auckland Centre's bowling tournament, W. Chapman's team (Hamilton), defeated F. Adamson's team (Thames) 22—17. This is Chapman's third successive win in the tournament and ho went through without loss as on the two previous occasions.
