The working committee of the India National Congress passed a resolution defining swaraj as independence and separation from Great Britain. The committee is demanding, under Ghandhi's influence, a boycott of the legislatures, courts, and schools ; in other words, a return to the disastrous policy followed at the time of the Prince oi Wales' visit. In the meantime, behind, the scenes/ congressmen are wrangling fiercely, and by a narrow majority the committee, passed a resolution deploring the bomb outrage and congratulating the Viceroy on his escape.
