A "CHOPPY" AFTERNOON.The other Saturdav afternoon, a Wellington man svas invited to go yachting. The afternoon turned out to be a cold and windy one. and the harbor was pretty "choppy." Soon the yacht was racing towards Ward Island, and hiipDened to "go about" rather quickly, and before the Wellington man knew where he was, lie was t very nearly overboard. Fortunately his companions managod to hiihte on to him and prevent tl,ie icatftstvophe.
